View the PIN for your card

Your 4-digit PIN can be viewed from the Neo app or website. 

When do you need to enter your PIN

When you insert your card to complete a transaction, you’ll always be asked to enter the 4-digit PIN for your card. You’ll need your 4-digit PIN for in-store transactions over $250 and for ATM transactions.

How to view the PIN for your card

You can view your PIN by logging in to the Neo app or website. 

Neo app

1. Log in to the Neo app
2. In the Accounts tab, select your credit card or Neo Everyday account (for the Neo Money card)
3. Tap Manage card
4. Select View PIN
5. Enter a 4-digit PIN to change your PIN

1. Log in to member.neofinancial.com
2. Click on Cards from the left side menu
3. Click on the arrows to select your card
4. Scroll down to Security & Help and select View your PIN
5. Enter your Neo account password to view your PIN
