Due to the Canada Post labour disruption, card deliveries through Canada Post may be delayed. You can still use your virtual card or add your card to your mobile wallet.
Cards shipped with standard delivery usually take 15 business days to arrive and rush deliveries take 3 to 5 business days. Deliveries may take a bit longer to arrive by mail around weekends and statutory holidays.
Standard delivery for cards
Cards shipped with standard delivery will be delivered by Canada Post. Standard delivery for cards takes around 15 business days, but will be delayed until the Canada Post labour disruption is resolved.
Rush delivery for cards
Cards shipped with rush delivery will be delivered by DHL. Rush delivery for cards takes around 5 to 7 business days. Cards shipped by rush delivery are trackable and may require your signature upon delivery. Chat with us to request your DHL tracking details.
Haven’t received your card yet?
If you haven't received your card in the mail, wait at least 10 business days after the expected arrival date before you request a replacement card as mail deliveries may experience delays. You can’t request a new card until the expected delivery date of the previous has passed.

Chat with us to verify your mailing address before you request a replacement card so the card ships to the up to date mailing address.
Use your virtual card
To use your virtual card, you can add your card to the mobile wallet to make in-store purchases or view your card details to make online transactions.
View the expected arrival date for your card
Go to your Cards to view the expected arrival date for your card. You’ll see the Activate option near your card’s arrival date.
Neo app
- Log in to the Neo app
- In the Accounts tab, select All
- Select your account, tap Card, and then tap Manage
- You’ll see your card’s arrival date inside the box that says Activate physical card.

- Log in to member.neofinancial.com
- Click on Cards from the left side menu
- Click on the arrows to select your card
- You’ll see your card’s arrival date inside the box that says Activate physical card.
When your card arrives, you can activate your card from the same box.
