Card didn’t arrive

Cards shipped with standard delivery usually take 15 business days to arrive and rush deliveries take 3 to 5 business days. Deliveries may take a bit longer to arrive by mail around weekends and statutory holidays.

We're experiencing some issues with our delivery services. All card deliveries (including standard and rush deliveries) may be delayed up to 10 business days. Until your physical card arrives, you can still use your virtual card or add your card to your mobile wallet.

Standard delivery for cards

Cards shipped with standard delivery will be delivered by Canada Post. Standard delivery for cards takes around 15 business days.

Rush delivery for cards

Cards shipped with rush delivery will be delivered by DHL. Rush delivery for cards takes around 3 to 5 business days. Cards shipped by rush delivery are trackable and may require your signature upon ‌delivery. Chat with us to request your DHL tracking details.

Haven’t received your card yet?

If you haven’t received your physical card in the mail, give it 5 business days after the ‌expected arrival date as mail deliveries may experience delays. 

Before you request a replacement card

Before you request a new card, chat with us to verify your mailing address. We'll confirm that we have your correct mailing address.

After you request a replacement card

After you request a replacement card, you can still make purchases while you wait for your new card to arrive in the mail. View your virtual card for online purchases and add your card to your mobile wallet for in-store purchases.

View the expected arrival date for your card

Go to your Cards to view the expected arrival date for your card. You’ll see the Activate option near your card’s arrival date.

Neo app

  1. Log in to the Neo app
  2. In the Accounts tab, select All 
  3. Select your account, tap Card, and then tap Manage
  4. You’ll see your card’s arrival date inside the box that says Activate physical card.

Web

  1. Log in to member.neofinancial.com
  2. Click on Cards from the left side menu
  3. Click on the arrows to select your card
  4. You’ll see your card’s arrival date inside the box that says Activate physical card.

When your card arrives, you can activate your card from the same box.
