You can activate a Neo Card™️, Neo Money™️ card, or Hudson's Bay Mastercard® online or with the Neo app.
How to activate a physical card
If you've received your physical card, log in to activate it. Activate your card →

- Log in to the Neo app on your mobile device
- Tap on the Card tab
- Select Activate physical card and tap Activate
- Enter the CVC and Valid-Thru date

- Go to member.neofinancial.com and log in to your account
- Click on the Card tab
- Select Activate physical card and click Activate
- Enter the CVC and Valid-Thru date
If you haven’t logged in to your Neo account before, you may need to create a password. Here’s how to log in to your account.
For your security, your physical card has a new CVC and expiry date than the virtual card you were provided when you applied.
Activating and using physical cards
Receiving your physical card
It can take up to 15 business days to receive your physical card. You can view your card’s expected delivery dates in the Neo app or online. Just go to the Cards tab to see the expected delivery dates.
If you haven’t received your physical card in 15 standard business days since requesting the card, contact us.
Setting the PIN for your card
You set the PIN when you applied for the card. If you don’t remember the number, here’s how to view your PIN.
Using your physical card for the first time
For your first purchase with your card, you’ll need to insert the card and use your PIN.
You can turn off tap payments or online transactions from your card’s settings.
Update your online payment information and mobile wallet
Your physical card has new expiry and CVC numbers for security reasons. You'll need to update these details on any online payment information you have saved.
If you’ve added your card to your Google Wallet or Apple Wallet before activating your physical card, you’ll need to remove and re-add the card after you activate your physical card.
