To change your PIN, go to the Neo app or website. You’ll need your current PIN to set a new PIN for your card.
How to set up a new PIN
You’ll need your current PIN to set up a new 4-digit PIN for your card. Here’s a step-by-step guide to view your PIN. If you can’t log in, reset your Neo account password.
Tip: If you have more than one card, create different 4-digit PINs for each card
Neo app
Log in to the Neo app
In the Accounts tab, select your credit card or Neo Everyday account (for the Neo Money card)
Tap Manage card
Select Change PIN
Web
Log in to member.neofinancial.com
Click on Cards from the left side menu
Click on the arrows to select your card
Scroll down to Security & Help and select Change your PIN
Input a 4-digit PIN to change your PIN
Note: 3 failed attempts to set up a new PIN will lock your Neo account for 24 hours.
How to activate a new PIN
To activate your new PIN, use your previous PIN to make one purchase.
Insert your card into the payment terminal
Enter your previous PIN to complete a purchase
Use the new PIN for your future purchases
