You can update your email, phone number, or address directly from your Neo profile. Chat with us to change other information (like your legal name, SIN, or tax details).
Go to your personal details
Your personal details are in the account settings in your Neo profile.

- Log in to the Neo app
- In the Accounts tab, tap the Profile icon
- Select Personal details

- Log in to member.neofinancial.com
- Click on the Profile icon and select Account
- Click Personal Details
Update your email address
To update the email address associated with your Neo account, you first have to add a secondary email. After you add a secondary email, you can set the secondary email as your new primary email.
Neo app
- Go to your Neo profile
- Tap Add a secondary email
- Enter your new email and tap Continue
- Enter the 6-digit code sent to your email
- Tap the Secondary email
- Select Make primary email

- Go to your Neo profile
- Click on Add a secondary email
- Enter your new email and click on Continue
- Enter the 6-digit code sent to your email
- Select Edit next to secondary email
- Click on Make primary email
Update your phone number
You can update your phone number from your Neo profile. You’ll have to verify your new phone number by receiving a text message with a 6-digit code.
If you can’t log in to your Neo account because you no longer have access to your phone number, call us to log in to your Neo account.
Update your home address
You can update your home address from your Neo profile.
Update your mailing address
Chat with us to update your mailing address.
Contact us to update other personal details
Chat with us to change your SIN, update your legal name, or change other personal details not listed in your Neo profile.
