Update your legal name
Chat with us to update your legal name. You may be asked to provide official documentation, such as a marriage certificate or change of name certificate.
Update your preferred name
You can update your preferred name from the Neo app. Go to your Neo profile, then tap your preferred name. We’ll use this name whenever possible!
Note: You can only update your preferred name from the Neo app (and not from the Neo website).
Update your date of birth
Chat with us to update your date of birth. You may be asked to provide official documentation.
