Apply for the Neo Everyday account

You can apply for the Neo Everyday account from the Neo app or website. Currently, you can only have one Neo Everyday account. No credit checks are required, but you may be asked to provide some personal details and verify your identity.

Things you need to apply for the Neo Everyday account

To apply for the Neo Everyday account, you just need four things:

1. Email address
2. Mobile phone number 
3. Valid photo ID to verify your identity
4. Valid Canadian SIN (Social Insurance Number)
