How Neo verifies your identity
To verify your identity, you’ll be asked to take a video of yourself and pictures of your ID document. We’ll compare the video with your photo ID to verify it’s you.
In the video verification step, you’ll be asked to record different angles of your face.
Do I have to verify my identity?
Yes, verifying your identity is required to finish your application for a Neo product.
If you live in Quebec, you can verify your identity over a video call.
How long does the video stay on file?
Your video and pictures of your ID document will only be used to verify your identity. They will be deleted in 30 days.
Your personal information will be managed in accordance to Neo’s Privacy Policy.
