Required documentation
To complete verification and close an account, we’ll ask for some documents.
To begin the account closure process, you will need the following:
- A scanned copy of the full front and back of your government-issued ID
- Notarized proof of death
Documentation requirements aren’t limited to this. It’s likely additional documents will be requested.
