How do I know if I’m eligible to upgrade my card?
We’ll send you an email if you’re pre-approved to upgrade your card and rewards.
Will I need a credit check to upgrade my card?
No, you won’t need a credit check. The upgrade is seamless.
What will happen to my current credit card?
If you accept the upgrade, we’ll send you your new card. Your account balance, credit limit, APRs, and payment details will automatically transfer over to your new card. You’ll start earning higher rewards as soon as you swap your card.

Will my credit limit or interest rates change?
When you upgrade your card, your credit limit and interest rates (APRs) will stay the same. Your account balance and history will automatically move over to your new card.
What are the new options for rewards?
When you receive the offer to upgrade your card, you’ll be able to choose new rewards: Shop & Dine, Fixed, or Everyday Essentials. Your new rewards will automatically be applied to your new card. You’ll start earning the new rewards when you activate your new physical card.
When will I get my new card?
We’ll mail you your new physical card as soon as you accept the upgrade. You can expect your new card to arrive within 15 business days. You’ll then start earning the new rewards when you activate your new physical card.
How do I activate my new card?
When your new card arrives in the mail, activate it online. Your old card will be deactivated as soon as you activate your new card.
How do I make payments to my new card?
If you’re currently making payment to your current card from an external bank account, you don’t need to change your payment information. You can continue using your old card number to make payments from an external account. You can also update the account number to your new card number.
