Your data is retained for five years
Government regulations, including anti-money laundering laws, require us to keep your account data for at least five years. Rest assured, we’re dedicated to safeguarding the confidentiality and privacy of your account information at all times.

Deleting your account data
If you’re a current Neo member or you’ve recently ended your relationship with us, we’re unable to delete your account data. We’re required by government regulations, including anti-money laundering laws, to retain your personal and account information for at least five years.
How to request for deleting your account data
You can request us to delete your account through the chat only if you have a Neo account and:
- You have not had any active Neo product in the past six years
- You don't have any applications currently in progress
- You have not completed any applications, including applications that were declined, approved, or abandoned
Our team needs to review and approve your request before deleting your account data from our system. Our Specialists won't be able to request deletion unless these requirements are met.
