Does your credit account show no payment due?

Your credit account may show no payment due for one of the following reasons:

  • You have no payment due until next statement is generated
  • You have paid the outstanding balance
  • You have overpaid your credit card

You can’t skip the payment due date

Payment due dates can’t be skipped if you’re expecting or have received refunds on your credit account. Refunds aren’t considered payments, so you still need to make a payment to your credit card. To avoid any negative impact to your credit score, make at least a minimum payment

You can’t change the payment due date

Payment due dates can’t be changed or moved to a later date because they’re based on the account opening date. Set up Auto-Pay to schedule your credit card payments for a specific date.

If you want to change your payment due date because you’re having trouble making your payment, see if you’re eligible for credit card payment assistance.

Get reminders for payment

You can set up payment reminders (emails and push notifications) to help keep track of payment due dates. Customize your notifications in the Neo app or website.
