If you are looking for an update on a pending return or refund, here’s some quick tips on how to check in.
- Refunds don’t usually post as quickly as when you make a purchase.
- You can check the transaction status online or through your Neo app.
- Selecting your Credit account
- Check through your transactions here!
- Once the refund has been processed, your refund transaction will be shown as Reversed. This will prompt a new transaction!
If you aren’t able to see your refund posted, or it’s taking a little longer than expected. You will want to reach out to the business that you made the purchase with. They’ll be able to give you more information through their customer support!
Refunds to a closed account
Refunds to closed accounts will be declined. You'll need to update your details with the merchant to attempt the refund again.
Refunds to inactive cards
If your refund was made to an expired card or your old card details, the refund should still be processed in your account as long as it is open and active.
