View your credit transactions

You can view your credit transactions on the Neo app or website. Log in, select your account, and scroll down to view your transactions.

How to view credit transactions

You can view ‌transactions, details and report transaction issues on the Neo app or website. 

Neo app

1. Log in to the Neo app
2. In the Accounts tab, select your account 
3. Scroll down to view your transactions  

Web

1. Log in to member.neofinancial.com
2. Click on Credit from the left-side menu 
3. Select your account and scroll to view your transactions 

Transactions are listed from newest to oldest with the merchant name, date, and amount.

View transaction details and report issues

To view more details about your transaction, select your transaction and then Details.

Report a transaction issue if you find errors with your transactions.
