View your credit card statement

Due to the Canada Post labour disruption, paper statement deliveries through Canada Post may be delayed. You can still view all credit card statements online.

View your monthly statements online by going to your credit accounts. You can also choose to receive paper statements mailed to your address.

You'll get an email notification every month when your statement is ready.

View your statements

Your credit card statement becomes available by the end of the day on the statement date. You’ll get an email every month when your statement is ready. The statement will contain all the transactions you’ve made during the billing cycle.

Neo app

  1. Log in to the Neo app
  2. Select Credit from the top and select your credit account
  3. Tap Details and select View statements
  4. Select the date of the statement to view

Web

  1. Log in to member.neofinancial.com
  2. Click on Credit and select your credit account
  3. Scroll down and select Statements 
  4. Select the date of the statement to view

Paper statements

You can choose to receive paper statements for $2.50 per month.

Request paper statements

Contact us to get paper statements mailed to you every month. Paper statements cost $2.50 per month, and the fee will be charged to your credit account on the statement date. The statements will be sent through Canada Post regular mail to the mailing address on your Neo account.

Paper statements can take up to one week (excluding statutory holidays and weekends) to arrive in the mail. If you don’t receive a statement within one week, check out if there are any delivery service disruptions in your area.

Statements for closed credit accounts

If your credit account is closed, you’ll still receive emails on your statement date if there’s a remaining positive or negative balance. 

Stop receiving statements for closed credit accounts

To stop receiving electronic statements for a closed credit account, make a payment to get your balance to $0.00.

If you have an outstanding balance on your closed credit account, you can contact us to request a transfer of the negative balance.

Can I request a credit account statement for a certain date range?

No, you can’t request a credit account statement for a specific date range. Statements are issued monthly and cover all transactions for that billing cycle. If you’re waiting for your first statement, you’ll need to wait until the end of your billing cycle.

Can I change my credit card statement or payment due date?

No, you can’t change your credit card statement or payment due date. Your statement billing cycle is based on your account opening date, and the payment due date is 21 days after the statement date.

Can I request a refund for the paper statement fee?

No, paper statement fee is non-refundable. To avoid $2.50 paper statement fee, view your credit statements on the Neo app or website.

How can I save and print my credit account statement?

To save and print your credit account statement:

  1. View the monthly account statement
  2. Select the Save icon to download the PDF document
  3. Open the downloaded PDF and print it

How can I download a CSV file of my credit transactions?

Currently, we don’t offer the option to download a CSV file of your credit transactions.
