Update to the Neo Rewards Policy (November 2026)

We're updating the Neo Rewards Policy, effective November 1, 2026.

These changes only impact the Neo Rewards Policy. So if you have other products with Neo, those products aren't impacted by the changes.

This update clarifies how cashback is handled if your account is charged off or closed. It does not change how you earn cashback today, and nothing about your rewards experience changes before November 1, 2026.

Neo Rewards Policy

No action is needed. You can continue using your Neo products and services as usual. By continuing to use your Neo products and services after November 1, 2026, you're agreeing to the updated terms.

If you don't agree with these changes, you may terminate your account with us at any time without a penalty or charge after any outstanding amounts owed to Neo are paid in full.
