On June 27, 2024, your Neo Money™ account provided by Concentra Bank became a Neo Everyday account provided by Peoples Bank of Canada. This change has expanded our offerings to you, including a new bill pay service with over 14,000 payees.
As part of this update, your scheduled bill payments to some payees may be disabled. Here’s how you can set up bill payments or pay your bills through Neo.
Steps you need to take
To avoid an interruption in your scheduled bill payments as of June 27, 2024, set up your bill payments now. If you can’t find your bill payees, Neo offers other ways to pay your bills.
American Express isn’t available as a bill payee. Please use other payment methods Neo offers to pay bills.
