Set up a pre-authorized payment
To set up automatic payments from your account, provide the service provider with your account number, transit number, and institution number.

Log in to the Neo app
In the Accounts tab, select an account
Tap Manage (in the top right corner)
Select Account details

Log in to member.neofinancial.com
Click on Money from the side menu
Choose the account you want to make payments from
Click on Details
Tip: Download a PDF from the Account details to easily share your account number, transit number, and institution number with your service provider.
Accounts for pre-authorized payments
Pre-authorized payments (also called pre-authorized debits, or PADs) can be set up from Neo Everyday account. Each account has unique account numbers.
