Card didn’t arrive

Track your card shipment or request a replacement if your physical card is delayed.

Cards shipped with standard delivery usually take 15 business days to arrive and rush deliveries take 3 to 5 business days. Deliveries may take a bit longer to arrive by mail around weekends and statutory holidays.

Standard delivery for cards

Cards shipped with standard delivery will be delivered by Canada Post. Standard delivery for cards takes around 15 business days.

Rush delivery for cards

Cards shipped with rush delivery are handled by FedEx and typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days. FedEx will send a tracking number directly to your email so you can monitor delivery. Please contact FedEx if you don't receive a tracking number. Cards shipped by rush delivery may require your signature upon ‌delivery.

Haven’t received your card yet?

If you haven't received your card in the mail, wait at least 10 business days after the expected arrival date before you request a replacement card as mail deliveries may experience delays. You can’t request a new card until the expected delivery date of the previous delivery has passed.

Verify your mailing address before requesting another replacement

You can confirm your mailing address or add a one-time address when requesting another replacement card. If you’re having issues with your mailing address, chat with us to ensure your card arrives at the right place

Use your virtual card

To use your virtual card, you can add your card to the mobile wallet to make in-store purchases or view your card details to make online transactions.

View the expected arrival date for your card

Go to your Cards to view the expected arrival date for your card. You’ll see the Activate option near your card’s arrival date.

Neo app

  1. Log in to the Neo app

  2. In the Accounts tab, select your credit card or Neo Everyday account (for the Neo Money card)

  3. Tap Manage card

  4. You’ll see your card’s arrival date inside the box that says Activate physical card.

Web

  1. Click on Cards from the left side menu

  2. Click on the arrows to select your card

  3. You’ll see your card’s arrival date inside the box that says Activate physical card.

Tip: When your card arrives, you can activate your card from the same box.
