Use your virtual card for online purchases by viewing your card’s details. You can also add the card to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet to use it for in-store transactions.
Note: To withdraw cash from an ATM, you need to use your physical card.
How to view your virtual card details
View your virtual card details to make online transactions. If you're waiting for your physical card, the virtual card is a convenient alternative. If your physical card expires, the virtual card updates automatically with new details.

Log in to the Neo app
In the Accounts tab, select your credit card or Neo Everyday account (for the Neo Money card)
Tap Manage card
Tap View card details
Enter your password or scan biometrics to view your virtual card details

Log in to member.neofinancial.com
Select Cards from the left-side menu
If you have multiple cards, select your card with the left-side or right-side arrows
Click on Show details
Enter your password or scan biometrics to view your virtual card details
Use your virtual card
You can use your virtual card for in-store or online transactions by providing your card information (card number, CVC, and expiry date).
Add your card to your mobile wallet
Add card to your mobile wallet to make in-store transactions. You just need to add your card to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. The tap limit for each transaction is $400.
Note: After activating your physical card, your virtual card details will automatically update to match your physical card. You'll may need to re-add your card to your mobile wallet.
