Report missing rewards

If you were expecting to receive rewards or cashback from a purchase but didn’t receive them, you can report missing the rewards. Go to the transaction and select Report issue to report missing rewards. 

Report missing cashback

You can report missing cashback from the Neo app or website. View Neo’s cashback partners to ensure your purchase is eligible for cashback.

Neo app

  1. Log in to the Neo app
  2. In the Accounts tab, select Credit or Money and select your account
  3. Select the transaction you want to report for missing cashback
  4. Tap Report issue and follow the instructions

Web

  1. Log in to member.neofinancial.com
  2. Click on the Credit or Money from the side menu and select your account
  3. Select the transaction you want to report for missing cashback
  4. Click on Report issue and follow the instructions

Problems with Hudson’s Bay Rewards points

Hudson’s Bay Rewards points are earned from eligible purchases made with the Hudson’s Bay Mastercard.
