Cashback
Earn cashback on your purchases, including recurring bill payments. To earn higher cashback, you can boost your card’s cashback rates. Go to Rewards, select your card, then select Boost levels to see the maximum cashback you could earn.
Travel and purchase insurances*
With the Neo World Elite Mastercard, you get essential travel insurance, including coverage for car rentals and medical emergencies. The card also offers extended warranties and purchase protection for eligible purchases.
Cashback on recurring payments
Earn cashback on recurring payments with your Neo World Elite® Mastercard. Go to your Rewards to view your current cashback rates.
Recurring payments are automatic payments that are charged to your Neo World Elite® Mastercard at regular intervals (such as weekly or monthly). Examples of recurring payments include utility bills, subscriptions, and membership fees.
Not all scheduled charges are considered recurring payments. If the merchant doesn't classify a transaction as recurring (even if the charge is recurring), you won't receive the additional cashback. Neo isn’t able to reclassify these charges as recurring. Any refunds will reduce or cancel the cashback earned on the recurring payment.
Cashback earned from recurring payments is limited by a monthly spend limit of $500 on recurring payments. You’ll earn 1% in cashback for any amount spent over $500 on recurring payments in 1 month.
