On April 15, 2026, we're removing the fees for additional cards (authorized users) for the Neo Mastercard and Neo World Mastercard®. The fee will change from $10/year to $0.
There are no changes to the fees for other cards (including the Neo World Elite® Mastercard).
We're updating the Neo Financial Mastercard Disclosure Statement, Rate & Fee Schedule on April 15 with the new fees.
If you've already paid the additional cardholder fee for a Neo Mastercard or Neo World Mastercard within the past 12 months, you’ll receive a refund. We'll add $10 cashback to your Rewards Wallet.

In addition, we are adding references to the newest card: United® MileagePlus® Neo World Elite® Mastercard.
No action is needed from you. Your continued use of your Neo credit card after April 15, 2026 confirms that you have reviewed and agreed to the updated terms.
