If you do choose to close your account, depending on the product, you can chat with us or go to the Neo app or website to close your account.
Close your credit account
Ensure there is no balance on the account before you close it.
You can consider temporarily freezing your card or managing your card settings if you don’t want to use your card for a while but don’t want to close your account.
To continue, you can close your credit account on the Neo app or website.

- Log in to the Neo app
- On the Account tabs, select Credit
- Select the account you want to close
- Tap Details
- Select Close account and follow the on-screen instructions

- Log in to member.neofinancial.com
- Select Credit from the left-side menu
- Select the account you would like to close
- Click on the three dots in the top-right corner
- Select Close Account and follow the on-screen instructions
If you have a negative balance (overpayments or refunds) on your account, chat with us and we can ensure your funds are sent to you.
Close your secured credit account
You can withdraw your security fund when closing your account as long as there is no outstanding balance on your account.

- Select the account you want to close
- Tap Details
- Select Close account and follow the on-screen instructions

Close your Neo Money™️ account
Before closing your Neo Money™️ accounts, including Neo Everyday account and Neo High-Interest Savings account, make sure to withdraw all funds to avoid any remaining balance. You may still receive interest from your previous deposits even after closing your account. Any accrued interest can still be withdrawn after your Neo Everyday account or Neo HISA is closed.
