Frequently asked questions about tax slips

Why can’t I find my tax forms for my Neo accounts?

If you can’t find your tax forms (T5 forms and a RL-3 form for Quebec residents) for your Neo accounts, the forms may not be available yet. Tax slips will be available in February.

How do I access my tax forms after my account is closed?

You can get the tax forms for closed accounts by viewing your closed account in the Neo app or website.

In the Neo app, go to your Profile and select Closed accounts. On the Neo website, select Money from the menu and click Show closed accounts. You can then select a closed account.

Do I need to report T5 or RL-3 form in my taxes?

You may need to report interest found on T5 forms to the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA). If you’re a Quebec resident, you may also report interest on the RL-3 form to Revenu Québec.
