Neo Everyday account transfer limits
Your Neo Everyday account has transfer limits for the Interac e-Transfer® requests, electronic fund transfers (EFTs) and bill payments.
Interac e-Transfer® limits
- Transaction maximum: $3,000
- Daily maximum: $10,000
- Weekly maximum: $10,000
- Monthly maximum: $20,000
Electronic fund transfer limits
- Maximum outbound transaction to an external bank: $30,000
- Maximum inbound transaction from an external bank: $100,000
Bill payment limits
- Maximum payment: $25,000
Neo High-Interest Savings account transfer limits
Your Neo High-Interest Savings account has the transfer limits for electronic funds transfers (EFTs).
Electronic fund transfer limits
- Maximum outbound transaction to an external bank: $30,000
- Maximum inbound transaction from an external bank: $100,000
Changes to transfer limits
These transfer limits can’t be adjusted on request. If you've hit your transfer limit, you'll need to wait the required time before you can make another transfer.
