You can generate account statements on demand for your Neo Chequing, Neo Everyday, Neo Savings, and Neo High-Interest Savings accounts. Account statements show your opening balance, closing balance, bill payments, interest earned on deposits, and cashback earned from purchases made with a Neo Money™ card.

Monthly statements are available online for the Neo Chequing, Neo Everyday, Neo Savings, and Neo High-Interest Savings accounts.

Log in to the Neo app
Go to the Accounts tab and select your account
Tap Manage (in the top right corner)
Select Statements
View your account statements and transactions

Click on Money and select your Money account
Scroll down and select Statements
Select the date of the statement to view
Paper statements aren’t available for accounts
To get a physical copy of your Neo Chequing account, Neo Everyday account, Neo Savings account, or Neo High-Interest Savings account statements, log in to the Neo app or website to download statements as PDFs.
Can’t view your account statements?
Try to view your Neo Chequng account, Neo Everyday account, Neo Savings account, and Neo High-Interest Savings account statements from a different device. If you’re still unable to view your account statements, contact us for further assistance.
View your Neo Chequing and Neo Everyday account transactions
All transactions (including deposits, withdrawals, interest earned, and purchases made with a Neo Money card) are listed in each Neo Chequing and Neo Everyday account.

Alerts for account transactions
You can be notified when there’s new account activity on your Neo Chequing, Neo Everyday, Neo Savings, and Neo High-Interest Savings accounts. Personalize the type of notifications that you’d like to receive from the Neo app or website.
Export your transaction data
You can export the transaction history for the Neo Chequing, Neo Everyday, Neo Savings, and Neo High-Interest Savings accounts from the Neo website. Please note, CSV exports are not available from the Neo app.
Don’t recognize a transaction?
If you notice a transaction that you didn’t make, freeze your Neo Money card right away so no one can use your card to make further transactions. Report unauthorized transactions directly from the Neo app or website.
Transaction fees for the Neo Money card
If you make a purchase or withdraw cash abroad, a 2.50% foreign exchange conversion fee applies. The foreign exchange conversion fee is based on the Mastercard International foreign currency exchange rates.
Note: Neo doesn't charge any ATM fees for cash withdrawals using the Neo Money card, but you may still be charged a fee by the ATM operator (usually around $3 but depends on the ATM).
