Use the Neo Money™ card to shop in-store or online, earn cashback with Neo partners, or withdraw cash from an ATM. If you have a Neo Chequing or Neo Everyday account, you can get a Neo Money card by going to Cards and selecting Get the Neo Money card.
Note: You need a Neo Chequing or Neo Everyday account to get the Neo Money card. The Neo Money card isn’t available with the Neo Savings account or Neo High-Interest Savings account.
Get a Neo Money card
Go to Cards and select Get the Neo Money card on the Neo app or website. Your card may take 15 business days (standard delivery) for delivery. If your card doesn't arrive, then verify your mailing address with us before requesting a new card.

In the Accounts tab, select your Neo Chequing or Neo Everyday account
Tap Manage (in the top right corner)
Select Add a card
Create a 4-digit PIN for your card

Click on Cards from the left-side menu
Click on the side arrows to select the Neo Money card
Select Get your Neo Money card
Create a 4-digit PIN for your card
Tip: You can view the 4-digit PIN for your card on the Neo app or website.
How does the Neo Money card work
The Neo Money card only works with the Neo Everyday account. Use the funds in your Neo Chequing or Neo Everyday account to:
Make in-store or online purchases
Withdraw cash from an ATM
Earn cashback when you shop at Neo partners
Tip: Go to Rewards in the Neo app or website to view the Neo partners.
Earn cashback on your Neo Money card
You can earn cashback at Neo partners. View Neo cashback partners on the Neo app or website.
Gambling and cryptocurrency block on your Neo Money card
Purchases such as gambling or cryptocurrency will be declined on your Neo Money card. You’ll get a notification explaining why your card was declined.
Neo blocks transactions in those categories to help keep your money safe. Fraudsters sometimes use gambling and crypto purchases as part of a scam.
Daily purchase limit cap on your Neo Money card
The daily purchase limit for the Neo Money card is $10,000. If you reach your daily purchase limit, you need to wait for the limit to reset after 24 hours from your last attempted transaction.
