Transfers between Neo accounts are instant and the current balance updates in real-time. Transfers from an external bank to Neo accounts take 1-3 business days.

If you can’t access the funds in your Neo Chequing, Neo Everyday, Neo Savings, or Neo High-Interest Savings accounts, your funds may be on hold (not available to use). Check to see if there are any pending transactions (such as refunds from merchants) or in-progress transfers (like EFTs or direct deposits from an employer, the government, or other businesses).

To view your account transactions (pending and posted), go to Money, select your Neo Chequing, Neo Everyday, Neo Savings, or Neo High-Interest Savings account, and scroll down.
