When do you need to enter your PIN
When you insert your card to complete a transaction, you’ll always be asked to enter the 4-digit PIN for your card. You’ll need your 4-digit PIN for in-store transactions over $400 and for ATM transactions.
How to view the PIN for your card
You can view your PIN by logging in to the Neo app or website.

Log in to the Neo app
In the Accounts tab, select your credit card or Neo Everyday account (for the Neo Money card)
Tap Manage card
Select View PIN
Enter a 4-digit PIN to change your PIN

Log in to member.neofinancial.com
Click on Cards from the left side menu
Click on the arrows to select your card
Scroll down to Security & Help and select View your PIN
Enter your Neo account password to view your PIN
Change your PIN
