Manage the perks on your card

Subscribe or unsubscribe to perks by going to your Perks. Add the perks that matter the most to you to personalize the rewards and benefits on your credit card or Neo Money™ card.

Perks are currently not available for JA Money cardholders, and the Travel perk is not available in Quebec.

Subscribe to perks

Go to your Perks to boost your rewards and add new benefits to your card.

1. Log in to the Neo app
2. Tap Perks
3. Choose the perk you want to add to your card, then tap +
4. Tap Subscribe, review your payment method, and select Confirm

If you subscribe to a perk on any day other than the 1st day of the month, you’ll be charged a prorated fee for the first month

Set up the payment method for perks

Choose the credit account or Neo Everyday account as your preferred payment method to pay for your monthly perks subscription. If you have multiple perks subscriptions, your preferred payment method will be used for all payments.

Perks are billed each month

You’ll be charged for the subscribed perks in advance on the 1st day of each month. If you subscribe perks on any day after the 1st day of the month, you’ll be charged a prorated fee for the first month.

Perks are non-refundable purchase

Refunds can only be offered if you can’t use the perks due to a product issue. Chat with us to report the product issue and request ‌a refund.

Perks for multiple Neo cards

If you have multiple Neo cards (such as a Neo Credit card and a Neo Money™ card), then your perks will be applied to all Neo cards. No matter what Neo card you use, you’ll get the same benefits and rewards on all cards.

Perks are only shared for Neo-branded cards (the Neo Credit card and the Neo Money™ card). Perks that are added to the Hudson’s Bay Mastercard and the Cathay World Elite® Mastercard only apply to those cards.

Unsubscribe to perks

You can cancel your perks at any time. If you choose to unsubscribe to perks, the perks will remain active until the end of the current month. You can resubscribe to ‌cancelled perks at any time.

Set up ‌your Travel perks

If you subscribe to Travel perks, then you’ll need to set up the benefits that come with your Travel perks (including Priority Pass membership and SmartDelay).

Set up your Mobile & Personal Protection perks

After you subscribe to the Mobile & Personal Protection perks, you’ll receive an email from the provider of the benefits (Walnut) to set up Dashlane Premium, AKKO, and Cyberscout. You will need to create a Walnut account, and those benefits will be activated and managed through Walnut.  

Set up your Mind & Body perks

After you subscribe to the Mind & Body perks, you’ll receive an email from the provider of the benefits (Walnut) so set up FitOn PRO and Headspace Plus. You will also receive instructions to redeem free fitness classes at Oxygen Yoga & Fitness. 

Purchase protection and insurances

When you subscribe to perks that include purchase protection, Balanceguard+, and travel insurance, you’ll be automatically enrolled and eligible purchases made with your Neo card will be eligible for protection. View the insurance certificates for details about coverage and submitting claims.
