Turn on notifications for reminders and alerts about your payments and account balances. Push notifications for Reminders & Alerts are enabled by default, but email notifications are turned off by default.You can edit preferences in Notifications on your Neo app or website.
How to edit preferences for Reminders & Alerts
Payment reminders for your credit card are automatically set to 7 days before your due date. You’ll receive a credit limit approaching alert when you’re $100 away from reaching your credit limit on your credit card.

Tap the Profile icon (top right corner)
Under Preferences, tap Notifications
Select Reminders & Alerts
Tap Credit payment due or Credit limit approaching to edit preferences
