How Click to Pay works at checkout
When you're ready to pay, look for the Click to Pay icon at checkout on participating merchant websites and apps. The icon means you can use Click to Pay with your saved Neo cards instead of entering your card number manually.
Choose Click to Pay at checkout.
Enter the email address or mobile number on your Neo profile.
Confirm it's you (for example, with a one-time passcode or passkey).
Choose which Neo card to pay with and finish your purchase.
Your email and mobile number help find your Click to Pay profile at checkout. Keep them up to date in the Neo app so you can confirm it's you when you pay online.

Click to Pay stays on unless you turn it off. You can change that anytime.

You can turn Click to Pay on again later from your profile. While Click to Pay is off for your profile, it stays off for every card, and new cards won't be added to Click to Pay.
What happens when you get a replacement card
If Neo replaces your card (for example, after loss, theft, or expiry), your active replacement card is updated in Click to Pay automatically. You do not need to set it up again.
If Click to Pay is off for that card or for your profile, the replacement card keeps the same settings.
What information is shared with Mastercard
To set up Click to Pay, Neo sends Mastercard your name, email address, phone number, and mailing address (the same details you use with Neo) so Mastercard can recognize you when you pay online.
