Welcome bonus miles arrive in 2 parts:

Bonus miles typically appear within a few days of activating your card or reaching your spend threshold, but they can take up to 8 weeks. Contact us if you haven't received your bonus miles after 8 weeks.

Annual renewal bonus miles are issued 6 to 8 weeks after your qualifying period ends. Contact us if you haven't received your renewal bonus miles after 8 weeks.

MileagePlus miles are calculated and credited to your account monthly. Miles from purchases made during the current month will appear after your statement cycle closes. If miles still aren't showing after your next statement date, you can report the issue from the transaction details.

MileagePlus miles don't expire.
