Sending a referral code is quick and easy.

Tap the Profile icon (top right corner)
Select Refer friends and earn
Tap Share and send it to your contact

Click the Profile icon (top right corner)
Select Refer friends and earn
Click on Copy and share the link
The person you refer will need to click on the link to apply for a Neo product and get approved. The referral bonus is applied as soon as their application is completed and approved.
Possible issues with referrals
Expired referral codes
If you share your referral with friends or family, they will need to sign up and complete the application within a few weeks. If they have not used the link, you can resend the link to ensure the referral is successful.
Missed referral
If you or the person you referred has not gotten the referral bonus, contact us and we can look into this for you.
