Processing time for payments to your credit card depends on how you pay:

Payments made to your Neo credit card from an external financial institution (such as a bill payment) can take between 3 to 5 business days to post in your Neo account.

A payment made from an external bank will only appear in your account when the funds have been successfully received by Neo. Before the payment is posted, you can reference the amount in the statement or transaction history provided by the bank.

Payments to your credit card from your Neo Everyday account will post instantly.

If you have overpaid your credit card, you may request to reverse the payment to the original account. If the payment was made from an external bank, contact your bank for assistance.

You can check the payment status in the Neo app or website. Your payment will show as either pending or posted. Only posted transactions are included in your credit card statement. If your payment from an external bank hasn't been posted after 5 business days, contact your bank or verify the payee information.

The payment due date ends at midnight in your local time. If you make a payment after midnight (or if the payment is posted after midnight), then it's considered late.
