You can view your credit transactions on the Neo app or website. Log in, select your account, and scroll down to view your transactions.

You can view credit transactions and report transaction issues on the Neo app or website.

Neo app

1. Log in to the Neo app
2. In the Accounts tab, select your account 
3. Scroll down to view your transactions  

Web

1. Log in to member.neofinancial.com
2. Click on Credit from the left-side menu 
3. Select your account and scroll to view your transactions 

Transactions are listed from newest to oldest with the merchant name, date, and amount.

Can’t find a transaction in your credit statement?

If you can’t find a transaction, go to Credit, select your account, and scroll down to view all the transactions. Transactions are listed from newest to oldest with the merchant name, date, and amount.
