Set up Auto-Pay to automate payments from your Neo Chequing or Neo Everyday account to your credit card. Never miss a payment to your credit card statement again.
Go to Credit, select your account, and tap Auto-Pay to set up automatic credit card payments.
How to set up Auto-Pay for your credit card
To set up Auto-Pay, go to Credit, select your account, and tap Auto-Pay. Payment from your Neo Chequing or Neo Everyday account will be transferred to your credit account on the statement due date, which varies each month.

In the Accounts tab, select your credit card
Under Statement, tap Auto-Pay
Toggle to enable Auto-Pay and choose your settings

Select your account and click on Auto-Pay
Toggle to enable Auto-Pay and choose your settings
Note: If you pay a minimum payment with Auto-Pay, you’ll be charged interest fees on your credit card.
How Auto-Pay works
If you set up Auto-Pay for your credit card, the minimum payment or full statement balance will be transferred from your Neo Chequing or Neo Everyday account to your credit account based on your Auto-Pay settings.
When does Auto-Pay transfer funds from your Neo Chequing or Neo Everyday account?
Auto-Pay transfers funds from your Neo Chequing or Neo Everyday account to your credit account on your statement due date. If you enable Auto-Pay, the payment will be scheduled for a transfer form the next statement.
What if your Neo Chequing or Neo Everyday account doesn't have sufficient funds?
If your Neo Chequing or Neo Everyday account doesn’t have enough funds to cover your credit card statement balance, Auto-Pay will try to transfer the minimum payment. If your Neo Chequing or Neo Everyday account doesn’t cover the minimum payment, then we’ll notify you to make a manual payment.
What if you pay your credit account manually?
If you pay your credit account manually, Auto-Pay will be skipped for the upcoming credit statement.
Can you set up Auto-Pay from an external bank?
You currently can’t set up Auto-Pay from an external bank. If you have a Neo Chequing or Neo Everyday account, you can set up Auto-Save to move funds from your external bank to your Neo Everyday account.
