Grow your money with less effort by putting your savings on autopilot.
Auto-Save allows you to set a date and frequency so your money is automatically transferred to add to your savings. You can choose to set up Auto-Save with an external account or between your Neo Everyday, Neo Savings, or Neo High-Interest Savings accounts.
Note: Ensure your account has sufficient funds to cover the automated transfers to avoid being charged fees by your financial institution.
Enable Auto-Save
You can enable Auto-Save from the Neo app or website. You’ll need to choose an amount, link to an account, and decide the frequency of the transfers.

Log in to the Neo app
In the Accounts tab, select your account
In the Neo Everyday account, tap Automate and select Auto-Save
In the Neo Savings account, tap Auto-Save

Log in to member.neofinancial.com
Click on Money from the left-side menu and select your account
Click on the Auto-Save and toggle to enable Auto-Save
Select your account and enter any required information
Click on Review, and then on Confirm
Note: Deposits can take 3-5 business days if you link to an external account.
Edit Auto-Save
You can make changes to your Auto-Save details any time on the Neo app or website.

In the Accounts tab, select your account
In the Neo Everyday account, tap Automate and select Auto-Save
In the Neo Savings account, tap Auto-Save

Select Money from the side menu and choose an account
Click on Auto-Save
Select Edit to make your changes
Click on Review, then click on Confirm
Disable Auto-Save
Disable Auto-save on the Neo app or website. Ensure you disable Auto-Save before an upcoming deposit to avoid an unexpected transfer.
It’s not possible to cancel an electronic fund transfer after the deposit date.
