How to cash out your cashback
You can redeem your cashback when you’ve earned at least $1. Go to your Rewards Wallet to view your cashback balance and cash out.

Can’t cash out your cashback?
If your credit card, Neo Chequing, or Neo Everyday account is locked or frozen, you can't cash out your cashback. If you close your account, the cashback you earned can no longer be redeemed.
Cashing out to your credit card
You can cash out your cashback to your credit card. The cashback will go towards your balance, but the cashback won't be counted towards your minimum payment. Be sure to still pay your full minimum payment on time to keep your credit card account in good standing.
You can make the cashback count towards your minimum payment by first cashing out into a Neo Chequing or Neo Everyday account. Then pay your credit card from your Neo Chequing or Neo Everyday account.
