Payments to secured credit cards are the same as payments to traditional credit cards. You can make a payment to your secured Neo credit card from an external financial institution or with the Neo Everyday account.
How to make a payment from a Neo Everyday account
You can make instant payments from your Neo Everyday account to your secured Neo credit card.
Neo app
Log in to the Neo app
In the Accounts tab, select your credit card.
Tap Pay and select your Neo Everyday account
Choose the amount
The payment will be reflected in your account instantly.

Log in to member.neofinancial.com
Click on Credit from the left-side menu and select your account
Click on Pay now and select your Neo Everyday account
Choose an amount and click on Continue to complete your payment
The payment will be reflected in your account instantly.
How to make a payment from an external bank
To make a payment form an external bank to your secured credit card, you can add Neo Financial as a payee in your bank. You’ll need to provide the account number (your credit card number), payee name, and amount to make a bill payment.

If you have a Neo Mastercard or Neo World Mastercard®, search for the following payee names:

16-digit credit card number
Use your 16-digit credit card number as your account number for the payment.
About payments to a secured credit card
Security fund
Your security fund can’t be used as a payment for your monthly statement. If you want to close your account permanently, you may be able to use your security to pay off your balance.
Contact us if you are looking to close your account and want to use your security fund.
Late or missed payments
You may be charged interest if your payment is past the due date or is not the full amount based on your statement.
