View the rewards and cashback you've earned in the Neo app or website. The total rewards are available in the Rewards Wallet, and you can view the breakdown for each purchase in the transaction details.
Check your rewards
Go to your Rewards Wallet to view earned rewards.

Click on Rewards, then select Wallet
You’ll see your earned cashback; select points or Asia Miles to view other rewards
You can view the breakdown of the rewards you've earned for each purchase in the transaction details. Go to your purchase and then view the breakdown under Total rewards.

Report missing rewards to get an adjustment.
Track your rewards and spending
Depending on your card, there may be spending limits for cashback in popular categories (gas, groceries, and recurring payments). You can view the monthly spending limits and your progress by going to your Rewards and selecting a category. Then select Track your monthly spending.
