To apply for a credit card, you’ll need to provide some personal details and verify your identity (if it’s your first Neo product). Most credit card applications are processed instantly, but sometimes it can take a few days to review and approve your application.

You can only have one Cathay World Elite® Mastercard or one United MileagePlus® Neo World Elite® Mastercard, but you can have multiple Neo credit cards.

Your existing credit card must be in good standing
Wait at least 6 months after you’ve been approved for your last Neo credit card
If you’ve been declined in the past, wait at least 30 days before reapplying
