Change the PIN for your card

To change your PIN, go to the Neo app or website. You’ll need your current PIN to set a new PIN for your card.

How to set up a new PIN

You’ll need your current PIN to set up a new 4-digit PIN for your card. Here’s a step-by-step guide to view your PIN. If you can’t log in, reset your Neo account password.

If you have more than one card, create different 4-digit PINs for each card

Neo app

1. Log in to the Neo app
2. In the Accounts tab, select All
3. Select your account, tap Card, and then tap Manage
4. Tap the three dots and select Change your PIN
5. Enter a 4-digit PIN to change your PIN

1. Log in to member.neofinancial.com
2. Click on Cards from the left side menu
3. Click on the arrows to select your card
4. Scroll down to Security & Help and select Change your PIN
5. Input a 4-digit PIN to change your PIN

3 failed attempts to set up a new PIN will lock your Neo account for 24 hours.

How to activate a new PIN

To activate your new PIN, use your previous PIN to make one purchase.

• Insert your card into the payment terminal
• Enter your previous PIN to complete a purchase
• Use the new PIN for your future purchases
