If you forgot your PIN, you can view your PIN from the Neo app or website.
Forgot your PIN?
View your PIN or change your PIN by going to the Accounts tab in the Neo app and select your credit card or Neo Everyday account (for the Neo Money card). Or you can log in to the Neo website and go to Cards.
Note: For your security, your account may be locked for 24 hours if you try to set up a new PIN but enter the wrong one 3 times.
