If you're logging in for the first time from a device, you may be asked to enter a verification code. You’ll receive the verification code in a text message or a phone call.

If you’re logging in for the first time into your Neo account, reset your password. If resetting your password doesn’t help, your Neo account may be locked.
Can’t remember email address?
If you can’t remember the primary email address associated with your Neo account, look into your inbox to find emails from us. Call us at 1 (855) 636-2265 if you can't find the email address.
Neo account is locked?
If your Neo account is locked, you may not be able to log in or use a specific account in some cases. Any transaction you make on your card will be declined.
Here are some reasons why your account may be locked.
Failed password reset
If you entered incorrect information (such as card details or a 6-digit reset password code) 3 times, your account will be frozen. Call us at 1 (855) 636-2265 to unlock your account.
Account under review
We sometimes review our members’ accounts for administrative purposes. If your account is under review, we’ll send you an email. Accounts may be locked for up to 5 business days. Chat with us if your account has been locked for more than 5 business days.
