View your account, institution, and transit number
You can view your Neo Money™ accounts (including Neo Everyday and Neo High-Interest Savings accounts) details from the Neo app or website.

- Log in to the Neo app
- In the Accounts tab, select Money
- Select your account and tap Details
- View Account details

- Log in to member.neofinancial.com
- Click on Money from the left-side menu
- Select your account
- Click on Details
Incorrect direct deposit details for payment
If incorrect direct deposit details (including account, institution, or transit number) are used for a transfer or deposit, contact the sending institution to reverse the transfer. You won't receive the funds into your Neo Money account (including the Neo Everyday account or Neo High-Interest Savings account), and the funds will be returned to the sender. Neo can't help if the transfer wasn't started from your Neo Everyday account or Neo HISA.
