View the balance of your Neo Money accounts

You can view the balance of your Neo Money™ accounts (including Neo Everyday and Neo High-Interest Savings accounts) on the Neo app or website. Go to Money to view the current balance for all Neo Money accounts and the individual accounts.

Transfers between Neo Money accounts are instant and the current balance updates in real-time whereas transfers from an external bank to Neo Money accounts take 1-3 business days.

How to view your Neo Money account balance

Go to Money to view the current balance for all Neo Money accounts and the individual accounts.

Difference between your current and available balance

Your Neo Money accounts have two types of balances:

• Current balance
• Available balance

Current balance for your Neo Money accounts

Go to Money to view the current balance across all your Neo Money accounts or select your account to view the individual account’s current balance (Neo Everyday or Neo High-Interest Savings account).

Your individual account’s current balance includes:

• Available balance
• Amounts on hold
• Pending transactions

Available balance for your individual Neo Money account

Go to Money and select your Neo Everyday or Neo High-Interest Savings accounts to view the available balance.

Your available balance is the amount you can:

• Transfer between Neo Money accounts or to an external bank
• Use to make purchases with your Neo Money™ card

Can’t access the funds in your Neo Money accounts?

If you can’t access the funds in your Neo Money accounts, your funds may be on hold (not available to use). Due to pending transactions, such as refunds from merchants (to the Neo Everyday account), EFTs, or direct deposits (from an employer, the government, or other businesses) that are yet to post to your account.  

To view your Neo Money accounts transactions (pending and posted), go to Money, select your Neo Everyday or Neo High-Interest Savings account, and scroll down.
