What happens if my account doesn’t have enough for a withdrawal or payment?
If your Neo Everyday, Neo Savings, or Neo High-Interest Savings account doesn't have enough funds for a withdrawal or payment, the transaction will be declined and you’ll not incur an NSF (Non-sufficient funds) fee.
Overdraft protection for Neo accounts
Since Neo accounts don’t offer overdrafts, overdraft protection isn’t available.
