Set up Autodeposit for Interac e-Transfer®

You can set up Autodeposit for Interac e-Transfer® payments to your Neo Money™ account.

Autodeposit makes receiving Interac e-Transfer® payments easier by directly depositing the funds into your account, without the need for a security question.

Link an email address to set up Autodeposit when you log in to your Neo account.

Set up Autodeposit

Enable Autodeposit from your profile settings by linking your email address. 

Neo app

  1. Log in to the Neo app
  2. Tap the person-shaped icon 👤 at the top
  3. Select Autodeposit and tap Continue
  4. Tap Register and enter your email
  5. Check your inbox for a verification email, then tap Complete registration

Web

  1. Log in to member.neofinancial.com
  2. Click on the person-shaped icon 👤 at the top
  3. Select Interac e-Transfer®and select Autodeposit
  4. Click on Continue, enter your email, and select Register
  5. Check your inbox for a verification email, and then select Complete registration

If you can’t find the verification email, try checking your spam folder.

Remove Autodeposit 

If you don’t want your Interac e-Transfer® payments to be automatically deposited any longer, you can disable your Autodeposit from your profile settings.

Neo app

  1. Log in to the Neo app
  2. Tap the person-shaped icon 👤 in the top-right corner
  3. Select Autodeposit 
  4. Under Registered emails, select the email you want to remove
  5. Tap Delete

Web

  1. Log in to member.neofinancial.com
  2. Click on the person-shaped icon 👤 at the top
  3. Select Interac e-Transfer® and select Autodeposit
  4. Under Autodeposit, tap the email you want to remove
  5. Click on Delete
